Step 1: CHOOSE PLAN OPTIONS
Each plan has customizable options. You can customize containers, urns, keepsakes, and more.
Step 2: COMPLETE VITAL STATS
After the payment process is complete, you will be directed to a one page vital information form. This is all of the required information for the death certificate. You will need to provide your loved one’s social security number, birthday, place of birth and address.
Step 3: SIGN AUTHORIZATIONS
Finally, you will need to have all of the appropriate parties sign the Authorizations for Cremation. A cremation director will be present for this signing.

[1] Priority Cremation is completed within 48 hours after the receipt of a Signed & Accepted Cremation Authorization Form and all other necessary permits required for cremation.
[2] While the process is expedited on our end, we are not responsible for any outside entity that delays the process (i.e. any required signature for the deceased’s release).
